Over the past 23 years, our founder has studied, researched, and worked in the tourism industry. While this may not seem like an extremely long time, it is certainly substantial. Beyond academic knowledge, extensive real-world travel experiences across Vietnam have provided deep insights—from the early days when Vietnam welcomed only a few million inbound visitors to today, when international arrivals have surpassed 20 million annually.
Throughout this journey, we have witnessed the ups and downs of the tourism industry: companies emerging and closing, startups rising and striving to establish themselves. Through these experiences, we have accumulated solid expertise in operations, management, and travel services.
More than two decades of learning and working have also allowed us to build strong relationships—from small travel startups to multinational tourism corporations. These connections have laid a strong foundation for entrepreneurship, starting from technology-driven travel services offering basic tour programs to more advanced, research-based, and adventure travel experiences.
Tourism and technology have become increasingly interconnected through media and innovation. Many founders have introduced new travel models and leadership approaches in the tourism and service industries, creating inspiring and meaningful travel products. These developments have motivated us to begin a new, ambitious chapter.
